| Project Description: GES is providing MEP & FP engineering services for a new 116,000 gsf luxury residential building. The building will consist of eight floors and two levels below grade for parking. A mezzanine level is located below the ground floor, having walkout terraces at a half level below grade along the main street. Moderately priced dwelling units will be located at the mezzanine, first, second, and third floors. Individual roof access from the upper floor units will be provided within the proposed penthouse, along with ‘Juliette’ type balconies at each level. The existing 130,000 sf facility consists of commercial office space on the lower levels and residential space on the top two floors (sixth and seventh floors). The existing space consisted of a shell with only base building systems present. In addition, GES performed a comprehensive evaluation of all of the MEP & FP systems for the complete overhaul and renovation of the seven buildings. | Project Description: GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for the development of a feasibility study and preparation of construction documents for the complete interior renovation of four apartment complexes, including renovation of the bathroom areas. Project included the design of a new HVAC system, power, indoor/outdoor lighting and fire suppression system.
