| Project Description: As part of a comprehensive CM team, GES is providing construction quality management services for over 215,000 gsf of major renovations to NIH Building 10. The project is an incremental renovation of the F wing of Building 10 (floors 2-14), involving the conversion of former patient care units to laboratories, lab support, administrative areas and new utility infrastructure including installation of mechanical equipment and vertical building and lab service distribution risers for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. |
