GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for the build out of a 66,000 sf unoccupied wing within the existing high school for use as a new Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) middle school co-located on the McKinley campus. This project earned a LEED Platinum rating from the US Green Building Council which made it the first public renovation in the District to earn a LEED rating of this level.
