GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for the renovation of this 80,000 sf mission critical facility. Spaces included a new raised data center, SCIF, commercial office space, conference rooms, meeting rooms and fitness center. Due to the function of the work being performed in the data center an overhead, modular, busway track system was provided to power the server racks. A power module system was also included to provide monitoring and control over the power distribution system. The design included energy efficient elements, which reduced the overall operating cost for the facility.
