GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for a new 25,000 sf three-story Animal Hospital Building with an animal hospital facility, a 15,000 gsf parking garage, and 9,000 gsf of surface parking. The animal occupied spaces are served by two constant air volume rooftop units, due to the high number of air changes per hour recommended for these spaces. The units are equipped with energy-wheel type hat recovery units to achieve maximum energy savings from the exhausted air. In addition, GES designed an energy efficient power distribution system which included a class leading energy efficient transformer. The project also features energy efficient lighting controls and fixtures.
