GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for the fit – out of the sixth and seventh floors. The existing 130,000 sf facility consists of commercial office space on the lower levels and residential space on the top two floors (sixth and seventh floors). The existing space consisted of a shell with only base building systems present. The luxury condos valued at over $1,000/sf consist of high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, Brazilian Cherry flooring, marble baths, gas fire places and balcony views of the Potomac River.
