GES is serving as the prime contractor for the renovation and expansion of the Operating Rooms, Emergency Department and Decontamination Unit (DECON). The project consists of renovating 16,614 sf and will add 6,500 sf of space including two new operating rooms. The existing DECON unit will be moved to a new 2,500 sf suite. As the contract manager, GES is managing a multi disciplined architectural/engineering team and performed in-house project management, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
