GES key personnel provided project management and design services for the total renovation of the MEP & FP engineering systems for both Fire Engine Stations 15 and 30. Affected spaces included the fire engine maintenance area, sleeping quarters, control room, staff lounge, staff kitchen, bathrooms, offices and conference room. The new vehicle exhaust and make-up air system were designed to interlock with door openers. Upon receipt of an emergency call, the roll up door opens and the make up air and exhaust fans are activated to operate. The new HVAC system was designed to eliminate the fire truck combustion products and odors.
