GES provided MEP & FP engineering services for the renovation of 101,400 sf of a Pre k 8th grade school to bring it up to current educational standards. The first phase focused on modernizing classrooms, bathrooms, corridors, main entry lobby and a complete renovation of the MEP & FP systems. The project was designed to LEED Silver standards.
