GES provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and commissioning services for the adaptive reuse of two residential buildings for use as a headquarters office facility by The Links, Incorporated. The goal of the project was to create a state-of-the-art, energy efficient, sustainable facility that would support its mission of ensuring the cultural and economic survival of African Americans by providing world class office and meeting facilities. This is the first LEED Gold facility for an African American organization.
