GES provided a facility condition assessment for OTS 494,000 gsf Headquarters Building. As part of the project, an initial survey of the existing systems was completed which allowed for an evaluation of the building condition and development of opportunities to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency. The result was a comprehensive ten-year plan for building-wide systems and components upgrades, which included a conceptual design for an immediate and long term strategic plan.
