As the prime contractor, GES provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services to complete an energy efficiency and solar energy feasibility study. This included an analysis of the current and historical energy use data and design of a rooftop solar thermal water heating system to reduce the cost of heating the facilities hot water. The study prioritized recommendations through a comprehensive review detailing initial costs, ongoing maintenance requirements, life cycle costs, anticipated savings, and Green House Gas emissions reductions.
