The collaborative team of MCN Build, STUDIOS Architecture, Global Engineering Solutions, Baumann Consulting and DC Department of General Services joined Mayor Bowser to celebrate the ribbon cutting ceremony of the newly modernized $63 million Raymond Elementary School. GES provided MEP&FP engineering services for the renovation and addition to the existing historic elementary school. The fully modernized 85,000 sf school was designed to Net-Zero ready WELL Building Standard. Great work team!
