The new design includes two classrooms per grade, resources rooms, areas for art and music, a science lab, media center/computer lab, dining facility/kitchen, and office and administration spaces. GES  provided MEP & FP engineering services for a new Kindergarten through 8th grade, 103,000 sf Public School and 30,000 sf Family Support Center. The new school plays a big role in the single largest redevelopment project in Baltimore's new $1.8 billion East Side. Housed in an aging National Historic Landmark, the school is DC Public School’s crown jewel school for the arts.
